Trouble with VirtualDub?

Hello,I'am using VirtualDub and I'am trying to cut a full length Avi into two parts.Or just cut it in half.I can load it but that's about it.I'am lost and having some problems.I'am sure it's a very easy process.If you could tell what small steps I need to do to gain two parts from one part,it would help me out alot.Thanks for all your help and time.

Splitting is easy. Here's Doom9's Guide For Splitting AVIs (scroll down about a third of the way, and you should probably use Nandub or VDubMod for this).

Thanks for the info on the VirtualDub problem.I used NanDub and everything worked out GREAT!!!!!Its much easier than VirtualDub.Ok Manono thank you for all your help and time.
