Any DVD software player that can use filters? giant, something, software, solution

I like using certain filters like DiVXG400 for overlay cropping (Good for zooming a 4:3 letterbox non-anamorphic movie to a widescreen TV).

The trouble is that WinDVD or PowerDVD and even it would seem Zooom Player 3 Pro support filters.

The only way I could get it to work was by Smartripping to one giant VOB file on the hard disk and playing with something like BSplayer and using Moonlight's free MPEG2 decoder. Not a great solution.
