What makes IFOEdit so good?
I've been learning all about DVD authoring in the last week in particular the issues with audio sync. In trying various authoring programs, the only one that I have success with in avoiding audio-sync issues has been IFOEdit. How is it that IFOEdit succeeds where other programs fail. In particular, how can an MPEG file which has no sync issues when played through Windows Media Player develop a sync problem with all authoring tools that I've tried except for IFOEdit. Can anyone help me understand what it might be doing differently?
Thanks

Some authoring apps take TimeStamps into account, some dont.
VidHack
And my tool doesn't.
Very interesting!
I need to find more time to further enhance IfoEdit. |
