How can i add a subtitel to a DVD

When i have only us subtitle and i want to add another
is this possible and if it is how do i do that
because i cannot find a way to do this

If you have the source DVD, Rip it with DVDDecrypter. Strip out the unwanted audio and sub title streams with IFOEDIT, Get VTS sectors, test it in preview or power DVD, if its good, burn it. If its over 4.7 DVDR cpacity then demux the video, audio and sub streams that you want in DVDDecrypter, re-encode the video at a lower bitrate with CCE or other MPEG2 encoder. If the source is PAL then you can re-author the DVD in IfoEdit, or DVDMaestro if it is NTSC source, but you will need to SUBRIP the sub title streams if using Maestro. Search on, everything you need to know is already in the forum. If you are new to this, work with a RW disc until youre sure youv'e got it right. Good luck.

I want to add an subtitle downloaded from internet.
Because some of my friends have imported dv's with only english subtitels and i want to add dutch

downloads.

Either way you need to re-author the DVD.
