How can I split Divx movie, (by Virtual Dub or Nandub),on exactly specified frame (NOT KEYFAME!)? When I do the spliting, it always splits on the nearest keyframe, but not on a frame which I selected in spliting procedure.
The video has to be cut on keyframes, or the video will not be watchable. If you can find the megabyte that you want to cut at, I think AviChop is not keyframe accurate. It's been quite a while sense I heard about it though ... so I could be wrong now.
