Hello all,
Came across the following Vdub error under Gknot 0.28 all of the sudden (no settings changed). This was doing Divx5.05 encoding, 2-pass. I had been doing encoding with the same setting for a while and no setting hardware / software had been changed to the system used for encoding.
Avisynth read error:
Avisynth: caught an access violation at 0x013222b9, attempting to read from 0x000001da.
Please offer suggestions / help.
Thanx,
-Polarbear
Hi-
What happens if you open the .avs directly in VDubMod? If it crashes immediately, or when scrolling around within VDubMod, then it's an .avs problem, and you should post the .avs. If it doesn't crash, then maybe you can post the log file.
if it's in the middle of encode then look here:
showthread.php?s=amp;threadid=52799
this might be your problem as well...
Hello all,
Yes, followed the previous thread and realized the problem was *probably* due to one of the versions of AviSynth. I downgraded to AviSynth 2.08 and that error went away.
Also, the newer version of Gknot (0.28.4 beta) seemed to resolve that issue too.
Cheers,
