one click DVD -gt; AVI, etc. software??? like, job, WindowsXP, software, programs

I used to use a program (CopyDVD I think) to make AVI's and stuff when I had WindowsME. This was a decent program if I didn't really feel like going through a CladDVD+FlaskMpeg process. However, a lot of these types of 'one click' programs don't seem to work now that I'm using WindowsXP.
Are there some good point and click ones out there for XP users or am I now 'limited' to using the CladDVD and FlaskMpeg to get the job done?

I've written such a program (HGRip), but it has been tested only with progressive PAL. It should work also with ntsc, but i don't know.
