Imported movie only 12 seconds in Maestro

Sometimes when I import a m2v into Maestro, the lenght reported by Meastro is 12 seconds. Some movies have this problem, some don't.

I've used DoItFast4U! on both Disney DVD's Hunchback and HunchbackII, Hunchback's M2V is 12 seconds in Maestro (3,2GB on HD), HunchbackII's M2V is fine.

Does anybody recognize this??

It's an old quot;problemquot; when you rip and demux the entire titleset video. What happens is there is more than one title in there, each encoded seperately before authoring, which produces a Sequence_End header for each. What you probably have is a 12 second warning or logo placed there first.

In DoItFast4U! I could see 2 sections in the main VOB, and one of them was 12 seconds.

I'm still having problems with this. I now have a movie, that won't allow me to remove this 12 secs. When I rip with DVD Decrypter (IFO mode) and deselect the 12 seconds cell, it doesn't rip at all. Is starts ripping, but nothing is extracted or written to the HD.

I have the VOB's on the HD, when I demux with BBDMUX, I get a 2GB M2V, but imported into DVD Maestro it's only 12 secs.

Tried everything I can think of, can't fix it with IfoEdit, VOBedit, DoItFast4U.

I'm in desparate need for a good hint.....

WHat's the layout of your vob: how does your ifo look (pgcs, vobids etc). Almost all disney movies I've seen have to be demuxed by vobid
