Hmmm

I have just downloaded this and will try it out.

Will let you know.

Hmmmmmmm...

I think that this is an stolen version of DVD95Copy!!!

It is called DVD Copy Suite. Version 1.08.005

On the custom install, you have an option to install ASPI Layer, Handbook and Help files. I disabled ASPI as I know the one I installed is up to date.

It then configures the Universal SCSI Controller. There is no option to cancel or disable this.

The help files and the handbook (PDF Format) are in German. No help there as I don't speak German.

When you run the program, it is a 14 day demo until you purchase the serial number.

The program allos you to:
1/ do a complete dvd disc backup to your hard drive
2/ copy chapters from a movie to your hard drive
3/ create a backup data dvd
4/ create up to 8 virtual dvd drives (similar to daemon)

When you action any of the 4 steps above, there is a step by step guide in English.

The whole process seems a bit long winded.
DVD Shrink will do 1 and 2 for free.
Daemon will do 4 for free.
Your favourite burning prog will do 3.

I have never seen or used DVD95Copy so I cannot comment on that but this prog looks ok but is it worth purchasing?

Steve

@molman2003:

Sure is DVD95Copy with other programs added...

Glad to help.

Yes, you are right it`s DVD95Copy with some more.

Regards,

milio.

It does indeed use some code from DVD95COPY, but it is much more than that.
In a way i guess its what CloneDVD should have been.
It does work well and produces good quality, but then it should if its using the lattest dvd95copy code.
