Has anyone made any mention about programs that encode (virtualdub-like or Tmpg-like)thru distributed computing? I see alot of peer to peer things and only a few that offer the prospect of this.
Does anyone know of anything that will do this? Or how about Clustering with xp-home and/or win2k-pro? I understand this would accomplish the same thing except on a network LAN...I (we...us..) have 4 computers here that I would love to put to the use of faster encodes by combining processors.
VirtualDubMod have features for LAN processing. It was introduced in v1.4.13.1 and has been available quite a while now. |
