Trying to rip audio from Music DVD's software, directly, before, second

I've done it before but it seems I've grown dumber ;-)

I spent the day trying to do it (from the stereo stream) with DVD Decrypter and a few other tools I found.

But all I can get is a wav file (great), with LOUD clicks every second (not so great).

What do you think is the best and most convenient piece of software to directly get a soundfile (any type so long as Wavelab can open it) from a music DVD ?
