Info Importing VTS_04_VSUB_P1A1-00-Engli_241Can someone please help me out with this??
Your help is appreciated
I've had problems with that lately too - never remember it happening before, but... Just go to track editor and find the track (example, VTS_04_PGC_01) that it calls out in the error log. Delete the sub picture that it refers to and compile. Everything should turn out fine.
Hey Kuestess,
Thanks for your reply.
I actually tried that a few times (even did the whole process all over again) but couldn't get it to work.
It still said that the Sub Stream was missing??
Any ideas?
If I could only use DVD2DVD with menus, I'll be the happiest guy this side of NYC!!
Can you post the error log again? Did you go through and delete the empty sub on all of the VTS's (3 and 4)?
Sorry I took so long to respond...I was out of town.
So anyhow, I've given up on this movie, and decided to go the DVD2DVD way, (movie-only) of course, and save myself the headache.
I will however try another movie this evening.
Hopefully this one turns out better.
Cheers

Haha. Sounds like me. If I can't get it the way I want after a reasonable amount of time, I just say quot;screw itquot; and do movie-only. I try to learn as much as I can (and man have I learned!), but I just don't have the time to waste 8 hours fiddling with a DVD.
Warning Sub-Picture (stream 1 in Track quot;VTS_01_PGC_01quot;) is across scene boundary at 00:11:37:09
well this is a warning only..if you check the original it is most likely the same....all it means is that if you forward to a chapter with a sub-picture that crosses a chapter point it wont be displayed.....unless you can be bothered changing your .sst file to correspond with you scene times forget about it....
as for this
Error Track(VTS_03_PGC_01) Sub-Picture stream 1 does't have Sub-Picture data.
unless youve magically deleted the dummy sub-picture streams that were created you can re-create your own with a blank bitmap, copy and paste an existing sst file (making sure you have the correct files associated with it) and with about 1 minute in 'notepad' to create a dummy substream you can import that in its place...and hopefully get rid of these warnings
let me know if you run into any more troubles and we can sort this out
cheers
