alpha12 problem message, problem, discuss, correct

I'm getting a configure error message on vsfilter.dll with alpha12 release.  This is a new problem that never existed with earlier alpha releases.  Returning to alpha11 the vobsub step 1 problem goes away.  Please look into it at your earliest convenience.

That'll be fixed in alpha 13

Is this the correct forum to discuss similar problem with robot4rip?  If so, the new release still has not fixed a vobsub launch problem.  Please look into it at your earliest convience.
