Chapters question question, correct, figure, since

Hi,

I just converted a NTSC DVD to PAL but now the chapter pointers don't go to the correct places...

Maybe I need some tweaking on the celltimes of the chapters since I changed from 29.97 fps to 25 fps???

No Maestro and Scenarist stuff...
I just need to figure out how to get a correct celltimes.txt file so Ifoedit can Author it correctly.
