@lenox: Encoding 2 different ac3 streams into 1 mp3?

I have a unique movie that has two 2-channel ac3 audio streams, but only one audio stream for each scene. For example, the first 10 minutes of the movie will play using the first 2-channel ac3 audio stream, then the second 10 minutes of the movie will play using the second 2-channel ac3 audio stream, then it switches back to the first, back to the second, and so on. The two audio streams combined are the exact length of the movie. The movie plays fine in my DVD player because the receiver automatically switches between the two audio streams. Is it possible to encode these two audio streams into one mp3 and in the correct order? Whenever I try to encode this movie with AutoGK it only uses one of the audio streams so I end up missing half the audio. If this can't be done with AutoGK, does anyone know of a way I can correct the VOB files so they can be encoded properly with AutoGK? Thank you very much in advance.
