Shortcut key for tv-out? shortcut, something, another, display

I have a geforce 4 ti-4600 and i was thinking if there is a shortcut key to enable tv-out and disable it with another shortcut key??

Are there such shortcut keys? And if not, then can i make my own somehow?

My ATI driver has a place in the 'Display Properties' to assign key combos (CTRL+ALT+,) to display profiles.  There has to be something similar with your card/driver.  Isn't there something called 'TV Tool' geforce cards?
