agk and vdub AcLayers error

Hi,

I'm currently working on Schindlers List. I've been so busy that I ripped the first disc but didn't start the 2nd until a few days later, yesterday. I am now getting an error that I can't seem to find via yahoo or the forum search. I'm using Auto GK and after DVD2AVI completes, VDubMod starts and gives this error then has to be closed.
An out-of-bounds memory access (access violation) occurred in module 'AcLayers'.

I don't recall changing anything so first thing I tried was re-ripping disc 1, which I had already completed successfully and it gave the same error.  I have also tried reinstalling AGK from scratch but still no go.

AcLayers appears to be a dll located in the windows folder but I do not know what it is used for.

Any help would be great as I am now completely lost and can't find anything useful on yahoo or here.
