Chapter points in dvd lab

I have dvd lab and I have multiple movies that I put onto the main menu no problem. What I wanted to know is how can I put each of those movies as a chapter. What I want to do is when I play the first movie, or whatever, if it isn't the one I want, push the chapter forward button to be able to go to the next movie. I want each movie to be only one chapter, as they are not that long. Please help.
