Audio/Video Synch Problems
I recently followed xesdeeni's guide on converting an interlaced PAL source to NTSC. I used dgmpgdec to demux and create my d2v file for use with AVISynth.
The end result looks good, however, the video stream is now 4 seconds longer than the audio track. What's the easiest way to slow down the audio track to make it synch up with the video? To be honest, it doesn't have to be perfect, as I don't speak German, but I would at least like the sound effects to match up.
The file types I have are one .m2v video file and I'm trying to multiplex only one .ac3 track. When dgmpgdec named the audio tracks, it named them stating that they are 112k, does this even follow the standard?
If I do slow down the sound track by 4 seconds, will it be real noticable in pitch?
