fft filter for virtualdub

Hello !

I need a tool to process avi sequence into fft domain. Is there a filter for virtualdub which make fft transform of each image then show it and finally make avi sequence containing visualisation of ftt? Fft is helpful to provide quality information of each frame (I do video captures in astronomy - I need to discard low quality frames by hand by now)
