DVD2SVCD subs issue

I am ripping a movie with permanent subtitles. Using latest DVD2SVCD 1.0.9., I have encoded 2 chapters (7 and 14). Subtitles are OK on the first chapter, but there are no subtitles visible on the second one !

I tried with default DVD2SVCD settings, ripping from movie on HD. I tried both CCE and TMPGENC : same problem.

1 week ago, I did the full encode with 1.0.8, and the subtitles were OK on at least these 2 chapters (7 and 14) (without exhaustive search, I didn't notice any problem elsewhere).

Before that, I also encoded a few chapters and remembered the same issue with 1.0.8. At that time (my first trials with DVD2SVCD !), I thought I made a mistake, as the problem disappeared with the full movie encode.

Anybody else faced this issue ? I don't think it is DVD2SVCD release related (1.0.8, 1.0.9). If extra info needed, please ask.

Just to tell that the problem is still there with 1.0.9 b2 pre 2 from showthread.ph...hreadid=24701. Really strange is that there is no problem when encoding the full movie. Maybe because of consecutive chapters.

Am I the only one to face this issue ? Since 1 month, I made several other trials and consistently faced the issue :
. when encoding consecutive chapters, no problem : all subtitles are encoded correctly.
. when encoding non consecutive chapters, at least the first non consecutive chapter after a group of chapters does not have subtitles encoded at all.

Can somebody make a test and confirm it is a bug or only a problem for me ? It is easy :
. select 2 non consecutive chapters including subtitles.
. encode with permanent subtitles option activated.
. view second chapter and check if subtitles are present.

The problem is that the PTS (Presentation Time Stamp) is being use on a per subtitle basis, whereas it's only the first PTS for the Audio stream (and therefore there's no problem with audio). So the Subtitle PTS is fixed values and not relative value.
