making custom anime dvd+rw

I've gone over the guides and I still can't seem to get it.

I'm trying to make a backup of my Princess Nine Vol. 1 anime dvd. All I want to backup to DVD+RW are the episodes with the japanese language and english subtitle tracks.There are 9 VTS.ifo's on the DVD. IFO's 2, 3, 7, 8, and 9 contain episodes 1 - 5 respectively.

The guides really don't go into detail concerning backing up separate titles to 1 dvd.

How do I make a DVD containing the title's I want using IFO Edit? I want the dvd to contain VTS 1 - 5 where each VTS title is an episode.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
