and put it in the 'system' folder. however, since then now i've been getting the following besweet.exe-error dialog window:
quotoint of procedure re-entry point quot;vorbis_info_clearquot; not foundquot;.

the commandline window, however, says:
quot;Using azid.dll v1.8 (b825) by Midas  (midas@egon.gyaloglo.hu).
Error 65 : Unable to get vorbisenc.dll interfacesquot;

the command line i have been using is:
quot;C:\Programme\BeSweet\BeSweet.exequot; -core( -input quot;Z:\zzzTEMP\Rip_1\German02.ac3quot; -output quot;Z:\zzzTEMP\Rip_1\German02.oggquot; -logfilea BeSweet.log ) -azid( -g max  -c normal -s stereo ) -ogg( -q 0.150 )

I'd be very glad if anyone could comment on this. thanks in advance. Ive already reinstalled the direct show filters.

Oh forgettit!!!
I was using a modified (mmx optimized) version of the vorbis.dll from .

from old post (march 23) :Originally posted by DSPguru
to make things clearer :
BeSweet (OggMachine) is using ogg.dll,vorbis.dll,vorbisenc.dll .
OggDS uses the same dlls, and therefore i don't supply them - i just ask ppl to make sure that OggDS is already installed.
Tobias told me that he recently made a fast compiles of the above dlls (he was talking about 100% speed improvements  !!), so whenever he release them, you'll see the improvements also with BeSweet.

the above dlls are taken from the Vorbis RC3 SDK dlls. and it hold all functions needed for encoding Ogg Vorbis.
there's also a release called libVorbis.dll which is a single dll that merge the whole library into one.

HeadAC3e's vorbis.dll is the CDEX vorbis encoder which also based on libvorbis, but is different from the SDK dlls.
therefore you cannot switch between them.

the update for this post is that OggDS already comes with fast version of ogg, vorbis, vorbisenc dlls, and that CDEX, since v1.5, is also working directly against those dlls, so headache is probably the last prog to use this specifiec edition.

solution :
delete all those quot;hackedquot; dlls and install the latest OggDS.

hi,

even once the dlls removed (from c:\winnt\system32) and the last ds filters installed, i still had the 'vorbis_info_clear not found' error

i had vorbis.dll in my besweet folder (and nandub folder as well)

so, take good care that only one version of the mentionned dlls are on your hard drive if reinstalling the last ds filters isn't enough for you

bye

pay attention that there are TWO completely different vorbis.dll.
i guess the best thing for you is to download libvorbis.dll and put it in the BeSweet folder.
