No audio when encoding with TMPEG under winXP mp3, generated, anybody, encode

Hi,

I'm trying to encode an mp3 file to MpegI Layer II format with TMPEG (all versions) under winXP : when I play the generated file, there's no sound.

I do the same thing under Win98 and... it works !

Can anybody explain this ?
