Mpg1 with anachronistic or discontinous timestamp. someone, file

I have an MP1 file and i want to reencode it to mp2, but every encoder i've tried aborts the process.

A pass with Virtualdubmod tells me that the file has an anachronistic or discontinous timestamp.

Please someone can help me to fix it?
