Ulead DVD Fac. and Workshop supports 2 audio streams ? only, recommend, question, burning

Ok guys i have a question.  Do Ulead DVD Factory and Workshop support 2 audio stream ?? Because I tested w/ Nero burning my SVCD files w/ 2 audio stream and  it works...Stream 1 is English, and Stream 2 is French.  But when using Ulead DVD Factory and Workshop.  Both tested w/ stand alone DVD player and only Stream 1 works.. Stream 2 is selectable but No Audio..which means deaf...no sound.  Why ???

If my test is corrent then I would not recommend Ulead for folks that loves the option of 2 audio stream.
