Error windows, version, problem, symbols, system

I get this error when I am just clicking on the various tabs like Audio, Misc, bitrate etc. Really a funny behaviour. It is not on a particulat tab but can randomly happen on any tab and also the values get filled with symbols and that tab will also not show any values.

I have re-installed the latest version but still the problem continues.

Please help.

I tried monitoring the system resources.

Initially 56%
After first click on a tab 14% next tab 10% with windows error box stating that system resource down. I closed DVD2SVCD and again system resource came to 56%

I want to draw your attention that I DO NOT process anything, just open DVD2SVCD and click on the different tabs.

Man... if it isn't a virus then it's a virus... I'm pretty sure
I tried to monitorize the system resources to see the effects of dvd2svcd then... I tried to see... just tried... understand what I mean?

I checked for virus, that was the first thing I did. Norton with all latest definitions + Ad-Aware. Nothing wrong with the system. This I can tell as I tried monitoring the system resources with atleast 10/12 other programs and not a single program exibits this behaviour.

But still I am trying to find a solution.
