v0.65 error in vid size calculation

no non standard settings

disk - Beauty and the Beast NTSC r1 disk 1

- reduction level for dvd-5: -23.2%
- overall bitrate: Kbs (no number)
- Space for Video: -619,572KB
- HIGH/LOW/AVERAGE Cell Bitrates: 100/100/0 Kbs

obvious cee errors on these.. other things i noticed
from rebuilder.inf
quot;Original_Size=3981821
Excluded_Audio_Sub_Size=101870
VTS_02_SIZE=42271
VTS_04_SIZE=172480
VTS_09_SIZE=1119014quot;
vts_02 was 102mb (with audio)
vts_04 was 363mb with audio
vts_09 was 7188mb (with audio)

not tracks were removed from 02 or 04.  OBviously the vts_09 size calculation is off , which is resulting in the negative file sizes.

As RB 0.65 does not compress the multiangle / ILVU VOBIDs, it can happen that if they are so big that together with the audio and menus they are bigger than the 4.37 GB of a DVD5, then the mathematical solution, although absurd, would be the compressed files to have a negative size.

It is my understanding jdobbs has realized that his decision to not compress the multiangle VOBIDs, although right in most cases, resulted in problems in those titles that have big muliangle / ILVU content. He is working on it
