Not to my knowledge ... what we needed was a 'DPL decoder DShow Filter' ... anybody volunteering ?
ok i have a standard 2 channel dobly pro wav ... now i know the rear channels are encoded in the frount channels ( 90' phase shift etc. ) and i also know that the center is whatever is in BOTH front channels ... the problem i have is that i want to split this wav into it's 5 channels agin ( useing a 120hz filter i can get the bass out ) is their a way to do this?
i have been playing with cool edit and trying to figure out a way to remove anything that is not on both sides at the same time ( center ) but i have yet found a way to do this .. i figure their has to be a way to compair the 2 sides and just extract the differances ( or the other way and do a logical AND ).
anyway if their is a program out their it would save me some time ( sort of a upmix? )...i tried to open the file in surcode in hopes that it would be able to decode the pro logic stuff with no luck ( just sees a stero wav )...
and if anyone cares .. i know i can just perserve the prologic and leave it as is ... but this has become a mission now .. hehe
is there really no dolby surround or pro logic 2 decoder software?? |
