Raising audio volume level on AC3 2.0 VOB Files??

I have several VOB files ready for authoring with DD AC3 2.0 448kps audio on them and I would like to raise the volume level a bit.

Can BeSweet be used to do this?  I'd like to do this as easily as possible but don't want to lose any quality.  I have several tools to demux the audio but don't know what to do after that.
