Getting way too many fixed chapters getting, instead, minutes, problem

I’m getting way too many fixed chapters using DVD2SVCD V1.0.9 Build 3 with VCDXbuild.
I typically set it at 20 chapters for say a 40 mpg (roughly every two minutes), but instead I’m getting chapters every 20 seconds!  I usually use DVD chapters when the source is DVD, but the problem occurs when encoding avi files. Can someone help me?    TIA!

Ok, so your problem is clear:
Fixes chapters 20 means: Make all 20 seconds a Chapter. And this is dvd2svcd doing. ;-) If you want a chpater every two minutes, you have to put the value 120 in the field.
