Converting DivX/XviD/Matroska Videos to DVDs

How will I convert DivX Videos to DVDs. I still want to retain the quality of the videos and put it on a DVD that is playable in DVD players.

Also I have problem with one specific video I downloaded, the subtitles are separated. How will I make it permanent in the DVD. If it is possible, the subtitles are just added as a command in the DVD since I like it to be played in a DVD player.

I have another problem in which I would like to convert dual audio videos into DVDs. Same with the subtitles, I would like the audio to be selected through a command in either english or japanese (yes, the videos i downloaded are animes).

I was also hoping to add menus on the DVDs
