Is my burner burnt out?

Below is the DVD Decryptor log when attempting to burn a DVD.  The media should be fine as I have successfully burned using discs from the same batch.

Probably, I've just had my first one go too.  Started off in a subtle fashion with some skips on successfully burned DVDs.  Suddenly, it told me that me media was bad and that didn't phase me since it was an RW and they do go with time.  When it puked on the second RW, I stuck that one in my other burner and it burned that one fine so I knew it was a dead soldier.

FYI, it's a 5 month old LITEON LDW-8515 and has probably only burned around 50 discs or so.  I've only had Panasonics in the past, along with a new NEC and haven't seen any problems with those; I still have a perfectly funcioning A03 Panasonic.

If that is the case, that is not good news as the one I am having problems with is an internal burner on a laptop.
