Total frames not matching run-time
I was a little unsure where to put this...
I was demuxing a musicvideo, and while playing with the parts in Audition, I immidately noticed that the video stream seem a LOT shorter than the actual audio.
The music video runs for 4:00 min, but the demuxed video stream only shows for 3:24. To verify this, I opened it in Womble MPEG Video Wizard, which tells me that the total amount of frames are 5111, which gives only 3:24 min.
I tried muxing the streams together again, expecting the give me a very unsynced stream, but now the stream plays fine again at 4:00
Could it be some time data which are incorrect in the video file (i know this is a common issue in VBR MP3 etc.)???
Edit: Appearently it IS some timing problem: Opening the stream in VirtualDub-MPEG shows me 5999 frames. How can I correct this? |
