YESTERDAY
i was given a vcd from thiland it would not play on my computer
nor would it play in my pioneer 343 dvd stand alone very strange
no problems before with svcd or vcd so looking closley at the cover
it said VCD version 2 can any body shed any light on this ? can i get a player for XP that will play this format?

VCD version 2.0 is normal. It should be accepted by all players after 1998. However, some old software player of ATI cann't play it.
Most likely you've got a bad copy of VCD. |
