Quicktime AAC audio in TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress blank, address, problem, someone

My problem is that whenever I try to feed a quicktime 7 video(with aac as audio stream) in TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress, it syas that there is no audio stream. It shows the address of the video source in the Cut-Edit filter but the audio-part dialog box remains blank. Whenever I try to specify the address of the video containing the audio stream, it says: Cant use file.mov as an audio file , even though I have installed FFDshow.

Can someone tell me any decoder/filter that can solve my problem ?

Hey thanx for ur suggestion but ur suggestion didn't help me. The audio-data dialog box still remains empty.
