Problem capturing with the Cinergy 400 TV
Hi !
I bought the Cinergy 400 TV two days ago, installed the new drivers and software. I can watch TV without any problems and watch movies from the VCR via S-Video or composite. But when I want to start capturing the problem begins.
It doesn't matter which software I use (Terratec, iuVCR, WinDVR, VirtualDub), the capturing starts and after 2 or 3 seconds the picture stops. In iuVCR I can see that the average frames start at 50 or 60 and then go down to 3 or so. When I watch the captured movie after that there are only 2 or 3 seconds captured and then nothing. The resolution was 384*288 with the huffyuv 2.1.1. I read the F.A.Q before, but I think that the problem here is another, but I don't know what.
My System :
Epox Board with KT333 Chipset
Athlon 1800+
512 MB DDR-RAM
80 GB Seagate Barracuda on Highpoint RAID (but no RAID installed), 50 GB free for capturing
SB Live! Player
I have the latest Bios, Driver, Chipset Driver installed. The Cinergy 400 TV shares IRQ only with the onboard USB3 and with no other device.
I don't know what to do else. IMHO the system is OK for capturing. If you need some other Info please tell me.
greetings
