There's a reason NERO puts that warning/disclaimer on that notice. It's a decision you'll have to make on your own...
Nero CD-DVD Speed has an overburning test.
Cearfully with overburn but in you case you can to overburn with no any errors. I go to 84 mins.
Overburning up to 90 seconds should be fine, above that you are likely to start getting errors.
