LimitChange() comparison, recommend, function, included, official

First Wich dll contains this function. I try to use LRemoveDust but i get error message. Second what you recommend for DVD noise. I try to backup some movies with x264 but dark scens is terribe and have lot a noise.

LimitChange is in RemoveGrain. And I recommend the denoiser comparison thread for DVD noise, myself.

Dark scene blocks -gt; x264 AQ patch.

Clarification:

LimitChange() is a filter contained in SSETools.dll. This plugin is included in the latest official (v0.9) RemoveGrain package (get it from here), but not in the most recent pre-release of RemoveGrain (direct link).
