removign angle problem with ifoedit problem, files, angle, wrong

HEres what I do that results in a problem.

Rip files of dvd with dvd decrypter.
Load the main movie ifo in ifoedit, click vob extras, then click remove angles then keep angle 1, i check remove llvu/angle point.
and when all is done i open the new ifo and chapters 2 and 3 are missing,

wat went wrong?????
