Turning subtitles on by default

Is there a way/ trick to have the subtitles turning on by default in D2S in AVI2DVD mode.(not Permanent Subtitle)
I use the small DVD Author program inside D2S.

But, in your case, a DVD authored by DVD2SVCD has a very simple structure, only one VTS and only ine Title, and no complex pre-commands..
So go directly to steps 4 until 15 in the previous guide

Thanks jsoto the Pgcedit guide did the trick .
It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.offtopic there is  no audiocut taking place when processing a .wav in delaycut.

which version? CLI or GUI? which wav parameters?
It works to me... Note only LPCM  files are processed.
