Creating a streamlist in ReMPEG2 !!!!!!!! better, create, really, trying

Can anyone explain me better how can I create a streamlist for ReMPEG2
so I can start transcoding my movie(Panic Room)????
I am trying to read the guide for IfoEdit which i found here but I just don't get it how to do it.
I really need your help !!!
