many mpg2s to DVD iso or similar dvd, like, remember, creating, Windows

I need a simple tool (command line would be great) under Windows 2000 / XP for creating a DVD from a bunch of mpg's. Something like  would be great, but this hasn't worked for me. Open source preferably. Free preferably.

I don't need menus really, only to put the dvd on the dvd player and see the videos playing one after another.  

Any suggestions?

If I remember correctly, dvd-swarm is built on dvdauthor, a very popular command line tool for creating a dvd fileset.  You could use that, or Muxman, which also has cli support.
