AC3--gt;AAC recoding problem

Hi there!

I use BeSweet 1.5b29 with BeSweet GUI v0.7 b8, the AAC dll's are copied from Nero 6.6.0.1

Settings: Ssrc OFF, Boost OFF, Output MP4 (AAC)
Azid 1 and Azid 2: everything is OFF
AAC/MP4: I used Export AAC and tried all of the variations of Code Quality (High/Fast) and AAC Profile (LC/HC) with:
5.1 (NEW), mode=VBR Transcoding
5.1 (NEW), mode=VBR Normal
5.1 (NEW), mode=VBR Internet
5.1 (NEW), mode=CBR 128
5.1 (NEW), mode=CBR 124
5.1 (NEW), mode=CBR 256
5.1 (NEW), mode=CBR 320
5.1 (NEW), mode=CBR 448
5.1 (OLD), mode=VBR Transcoding
5.1 (OLD), mode=CBR 448
and I get same suspiciously small size after every recoding.
When I tried to play with Media Player Classic 6.4.8.2, the Filters/Nero Digital Audio Decoder/Properties says this: Output Audio Channels: 6 speakers Audio Format: AAC_STREAM Stream Type: ES Stream Fs/Bits/Ch: 48000/16/6 Bps/FrameSize: 90k/480

Only the last line vary, from 84/440 to 90/480, but the size almost the same (the differences are less than 1%). I think it is a bit strange...

My problem is: I'd like to make better sonority, but it seems the codec won't budge to make better output with higher bitrate.
Can anybody help me?
