delete sub range? like, already, needed, manual

Hi,
I have a cutlist, in any format needed (like cuttermaran, virtualdub), and I want to apply it to the subtitle stream.  I have .srt (again, .sub, .ssa...) and I just need to delete a range, then fix all the timecodes from then onwards.
Does one of the tools do this?  There should be no need for manual work if they were already synced.
