Alternative Xcard Media Software only, Software, included, running, perfect

Hi. I just bought a Sigma Xcard to get some media playback up and running on my 600 Mhz mini-itx mainboard.

However the included quot;X media playerquot; is far from perfect. So i wonder, even though this is an outdated card, if there are any thirdparty/freeware mediaplayers with Xcard support.

So far I have only come across TVedia and GBPVR, but I don't need any of the PVR functions since I don't have a tuner card and will only play back media from a server.

Any suggestions to a good solution?
