Why so many Engligh Subs?

I'm trying to rip the subtitles in English for MIB II.  There are 4 English Subs listed in VobSub:
00 - English
01 - Français
02 - English
03 - English
04 - English

The vts_01_INFO.TXT file lists three:
Stream[005] X=[[0x20] Subtitle English ] [] [] [] []
Stream[006] X=[[0x21] Subtitle Français ] [] [] [] []
Stream[007] X=[[0x22] Subtitle English ] [] [] [] []
Stream[008] X=[[0x23] Subtitle English ] [] [] [] []

How many of these do I need?  I ripped 00 and found it was only 124KB, so that one is too short.  What is the preferred way to determine which one (or ones) to rip?

Watch movie and try all titles  :-)
