I am looking for an avi editing program and a friend told me to ask the people in this forum for the best free program and where to find it, can anyone help me?
Try VirtualDub !
Virtual Dub is not real editing program. It lacks such features like fade etc. Even simple file append works not well because of framerate bug.
I don't know for some decent freeware AVI editing program.
Commercials are for example: Power Director (limited capabilities), Adobe Premiere etc.
