Subtitle Problem in Scenarist! problems, message, without, import, should

I have a big problem in Scenarist, when i import the subtitles i get this error message :

ErrorTimecode is overlapping at this sub-picture. [00:31:08:02 - 01:19:07:12]
ErrorThe start time should be smaller than end_time. [02:18:39:04 - 02:18:39:04]
ErrorThe start time should be smaller than end_time. [02:18:39:04 - 02:18:39:04]
ErrorTimecode is overlapping at this sub-picture. [01:44:49:20 - 01:44:51:23]

Anyone know what that's about?

Iv'e done lots of DVD's without any problems!
