I'm not getting the bitrate that I want when I use quot;target sizequot; or quot;target bitratequot;. I'm getting about 25% less bitrate than I want. If I want a bitrate of 1600 I get 1300. Never had this happen before. I always hit my target size but not bitrate. I use GKNOT to calculate my bitrate/size and it has never let me down before. I reinstalled Xvid but no difference.

Also do a search for 'undersize'. Basicly the movie you're encoding compresses better than what you encode usually. |
